Purpose and scope of application:
This standard is applicable to variable spring supports and hangers with displacement range of vs (0 ~ 180mm), TD (0 ~ 120mm), load range of 154 ~ 217384n and service temperature range of - 20 ℃ ~ 200 ℃
(1) According to the installation load provided by the user, the manufacturer uses the upper and lower positioning blocks to fix the indicator plate of the spring support and hanger at the position corresponding to the installation load, so that the spring support and hanger is temporarily in a rigid state.
(2) After cleaning and hydrostatic test, remove the upper and lower positioning blocks before putting the pipeline into use.
(3) When the pipeline starts to run, first check whether the positioning block is removed, and then check whether the indicator board is jammed during the displacement process from installation load to working load.
(4) After the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of spring support and hanger under working load is consistent with the design. After the pipeline stops running, check whether the indicator board is reset to the position of installation load. Check the tightness of spring hanger
