3. Advantages of Wear Resistant Ceramic Coating Liner Lined Pipe Tube And Elbow with ceramic coating 4 mm and steel pipe 8 mm:
1) Good abrasion resistance
As the wear surface, the alumina ceramic is 9 Mohs hardness, whose wear resistance is 10 times that of hi-chrome cast iron alloy pipes. It can make little wear loss of the pipe during running, which extend the service life of the equipment largely.
2) Good temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance
Because the corundum ceramic (a-Al2O3) has a single stable crystal structure, the composite pipe can work normally within the temperature range of - 50-700℃.
The material expansion coefficient is 6-8 × 10-6 / C, which is about 1 / 2 of that of steel pipe. The material has good thermal stability.
3) Low running resistance
Because the inner surface of SHS ceramic composite pipe is smooth and never rusted, it has the characteristic of low running resistance that can reduce the operation cost.
4) Low project cost
The ceramic composite pipe is light in weight and suitable in price. It is 50% lighter than the cast stone pipe with the same inner diameter and 20-30% lighter than the wear-resistant alloy pipe. Because of its long service life, the cost of supports and hangers, handling costs, installation costs and operation costs are reduced
5) Convenient installation and construction
Because of its light weight and good welding performance, welding, flange and quick connection can be adopted, which is convenient for construction and installation, and can reduce the installation cost.

6. Application of Wear Resistant Ceramic Coating Liner Lined Pipe Tube And Elbow with ceramic coating 4 mm and steel pipe 8 mm:
Self propagating ceramic composite steel pipe is manufactured by high-tech production process- Self-propagating high temperature centrifugal synthesis (SHS).
The pipe is composed of three layers from inside to outside: corundum ceramic, transition layer and steel layer. The ceramic layer is dense corundum ceramic (Al2O3) formed at high temperature above 2200℃, which develops a firm bond with steel pipe through the transition layer.
