Carbon Steel Anticorrosive Paint Tank Drain Hole Specialised Pipe And Fittingss
The drain hole is made of DN600mm steel pipe divided along the axis. It is set under the bottom of the oil tank. A flange cover is provided at one end of the tank, and a drain pipe is attached to the flange cover. The bottom water can be drained from the drain pipe at ordinary times. When cleaning the oil tank, open the flange cover to remove the sludge deposited on the bottom of the tank from the drain hole
The drain pipe is set up to drain the bottom water of the oil tank. The caliber is determined according to the tank volume. Oil tanks with a volume less than 3000m³ mostly use DN50mm and DN80mm drain pipes; oil tanks with a volume equal to or greater than 3000m³ mostly use DN100mm drain pipes. The discharge pipe has two forms: a fixed setting and a joint setting with the drain hole. The fixed drain pipe is used for the heavy oil storage tank. Each oil tank is generally equipped with a drain pipe. The bottom water can be drained from the drain pipe at ordinary times. When cleaning the oil tank, open the flange cover to sweep the sludge deposited on the bottom of the tank from the drain hole.
The installation position of the drain hole drain pipe on the oil tank can be determined according to the convenience of draining and draining, but the horizontal angle with the manhole should not be less than 90°
