The friction pair of the sliding pipe support device adopts a new composite PTFE sliding sheet and mirror stainless steel material. Compared with the steel friction pair, the steel and PTFE plate friction pair, and the bearing of the rolling friction pair, it has the following characteristics:
1. Low friction coefficient: dry sliding friction coefficient is below 0.1;
2. Good self-lubrication: no need to inject oil or lubricant between friction pairs, reducing maintenance workload;
3. Strong adaptability: No matter there is oil and no oil, water and no water, dust embedding or mud and sand, it can work with a very low friction coefficient, and the performance is stable and reliable;
4. Wear resistance: under normal conditions, the service life is more than 25 years.
2. Scope of application
1. The supports are divided into three types: horizontal pipe type, vertical pipe type and elbow pipe type according to the pipeline arrangement;
2. The supports are divided into three categories: hot pipes, normal temperature pipes and cold pipes according to the operating temperature;
3. The support is suitable for pipe outer diameter Dn25～Dn4000mm, hot temperature 0℃～560℃, cold temperature 0℃～-200℃, axial displacement 0～400mm, radial displacement 0～200mm, load range 0～3350KN.
Three, design selection
1. The sliding bearing product series are divided into three categories according to the pipeline form: horizontal pipe sliding bearing, elbow pipe sliding bearing, and vertical pipe sliding bearing. Horizontal pipeline sliding supports are divided into three levels: T-shaped (T-shaped), square-shaped (F-shaped), and saddle-shaped (M-shaped) according to pipe diameter and load. Each level is divided into welding type (H) according to the installation form. And pipe clamp type (G) two kinds. According to the pipe diameter and load, the elbow pipe sliding support is divided into three levels: round pipe type (RP type), elbow type (RP type), and square pipe type (RX type). Riser type sliding bearings are divided into riser T-shaped (LT type) and riser square (LF type) according to pipe diameter and load. Each category has four categories: axial sliding (Z), two-way sliding (S), guided sliding (D), and double guided sliding (SD)
