Insulation joint is an indispensable important pipeline accessory in gas transmission and distribution and petroleum pipeline systems. It is mainly used in gas transmission and distribution systems and gas pressure regulating stations. The pipelines are insulated from each other to protect them from electrochemical corrosion and prolong their service life. They can also be buried directly in the ground.

Insulating joint (Isolating Joint) is the key component in Cathodic Protection (CP) System. It is mainly used in underground gas transition and distribution system including gas reducing station, each section of gas transition and distribution pipeline, also the part between gas reducing station and the pipeline, which increase the life of the plant and equipment by reducing or eliminating the electric and chemical corrosion damage.

Good insulation performance: The insulation resistance is 10MΩ, which improves the service life of the protected pipeline.
Long life: same life and same strength as the pipeline;
High strength: The secondary sealing structure is used, and the polymer composite material is injected into the annular space between the two flanges.
Buried installation: Observation wells are not necessary for underground installation, but can be buried directly underground;
