1. Shorten the installation period

2. Save pipes
The factory processing and compounding can optimize the design and selection of materials through computer CAD, which improves the utilization rate of pipes. The procurement margin of pipes is reduced from more than 10% not prepared to 3-5% when piping, thus reducing waste and material costs.
3. Improve quality
Compared with the open air construction on site, the factory construction has changed the working conditions, which is conducive to specialization. 4. Saving construction costs
The factory added preparation can greatly reduce or even cancel the beveling machine, milling machine and other machines and tools used for pipeline preparation at the construction site, reduce the site, reduce the costs of machine handling, maintenance and repair, and the number of temporary platforms and buildings, thus saving construction costs.
5. Reduce blowing times
The factory processing and preparation adopts sand blasting (shot), acid cleaning and other processes, which can completely remove the oxide skin, rust and other impurities inside the pipeline, cancel the chemical cleaning of individual systems in front of the furnace after installation, greatly reduce the number of steam pipe flushing, and save pipe blowing costs. 6. Perfect the design
The original design of factory processing and preparation can be optimized through CAD technology, which can further improve the design work, and can also easily correct the out of tolerance problems of pipe fittings, valves and other dimensions through size adjustment, bringing great convenience to the construction.
