Packaging and Shipping of Forged Steel Fittings
Forged steel fittings are usually placed in specialized wooden boxes. The boxes should be strong enough to protect the fittings from any damage during the shipping process. The inner sides of the boxes should be covered with foam to ensure that the fittings do not move when the boxes are being transported. All the boxes should be marked with a warning sign indicating that they contain hazardous materials.
Forged steel fittings should be shipped using a reliable carrier and should be tracked at all times. The shipping company should provide a tracking number to the customer so that they can track the status of their order. The shipping company should also be able to provide a delivery confirmation once the order has been delivered.
