We mainly ensure every production detail from raw materials and production processes

Before production, we will provide a  ITP documents  to our client, and our quality inspectors or third-party personnel will inspect the production process according to ITP documents !This includes chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties and heat treatment as well as non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetration testing, metallographic testing), hydrostatic testing, etc.

The last will be the final inspection of the product, including dimensions, wall thickness; external surface, paint and packaging marks and other details
