The branch pipe stand has outstanding advantages such as safety and reliability, lower cost, simple construction, improved medium flow channel, serialization and standardization, and convenient design and selection. It is especially widely used in high-pressure, high-temperature, large-diameter, and thick-walled pipes, replacing traditional branch pipe connection method.
classification
1. Butt-welded branch pipe stand is the most common branch connector. Its end is made of grooves and butt-welded to the straight pipe, so it is considered a butt-welded pipe fitting. The design of the butt-welded branch pipe station minimizes stress concentration and provides overall reinforcement. The butt-welding pipe stand has three pressure levels: STD, XS and Sch160.
2. The base of the socket branch table is the same as the butt welding branch table, but the branch connection adopts socket welding connection. There are two pressure levels of 3000# and 6000# for the socket and branch pipe stand.
3. The base of the threaded branch stand is the same as the butt-welded branch stand, but the branch connection adopts threaded connection and does not require welding. There are two pressure levels of 3000# and 6000# for the threaded pipe branch.
4. Miter branch pipe station is used for 45° branching. Butt welding, socket welding and threaded connection can be used to connect with branch pipe.
5. The elbow branch table is used to provide branch connections on long radius elbows or short radius elbows. Butt welding, socket welding and threaded connection can be used to connect with branch pipe.
6. Short pipe branch pipe stands are often used for valve installation and exhaust. The thickness has two grades of XS and XXS, the length is from 3.1/2 inches to 6.1/2 inches, and the ends are sockets or external threads.
7. The shape of the embedded pipe socket is wavy, and the whole is reinforced. It is butt-welded with branch pipes, and is often used in low-pressure pipelines.
